At the Jack Daniel's Store, we take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
